How do I take this all natural herbal formula?
Take 2-3 capsules, scoops (if powder formula) or tablespoons (if liquid formula) daily, all at once on an empty stomach or before bed. Do I have to change my diet?
No. You can continue to eat normally, but we do recommend avoiding foods like beef, pork and dairy during any period of detoxing for optimal results. Always drink plenty of water so the herbs can get fully absorbed into the bloodstream. The more water, the better!
